About The Universal
The Universal is an independent game project that has been running since 2000. Written originally by 'Mit' - a professional game developer with too little time on his hands - over the years it has grown from a simple online economy game into a universe full of different game styles and user-generated content.
Featuring its own real-time 3d engine, unique customisable gameplay and a fun & always-evolving history, The Universal is a truly unique game that captures the best elements of 'indie' game development.
